Completely ambidextrous, the FN SCAR 16S features a gas-operated, short stroke piston system to reduce fouling for greater reliability. It has a cold hammer-forged, fully free-floating barrel capped with a 3-prong flash suppressor. The receiver-integrated MIL-STD 1913 optical rail plus three accessory rails enable mounting of a wide variety of tactical lights and lasers. The side-folding polymer stock is fully adjustable for comb height and length of pull.
